Here's what we offer
PROFESSIONAL OFFICE SPACE
Affordable office space ranging in size from 10 x 10 to 24 x 14. Pricing is dependent on office size. Offices include hardwired internet, a personalized wall plaque with your business name and suite number for outside your office space, and a personalized wall plaque for our lobby also with your business name and suite number. You will also get a space on the front of the building for a vinyl sign advertising your business. We are currently in the process of completing stage 2 of our renovation plan to create more office space. We also offer a kitchen/breakroom that includes a refrigerator, sink, microwave and toaster oven.

Kitchen/Breakroom
We have plans to renovate the kitchen/breakroom to include a refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster oven. In addition each suite will have their own storage shelf in the new upper cabinets. See layout below.
Restrooms
We have plans to relocate the mens and womens restrooms. The current restrooms will be renovated into additional office space. See layout and floorplan below.
